1. Promoter

The promoter is Move Up Internet Pty Ltd (ABN 89 656 762 837)

2. Promotion Period

The promotion starts at 9:00am AEST on 15 November 2025 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 15 March 2026 ("Promotion Period").
The Grand Prize draw will occur on 31 March 2026.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Entry is open to individuals who:

• are 18 years or older;
• reside in a Move Up Internet–connected building where scratch cards were distributed; and
• receive a scratch card directly from Move Up Internet or an authorised building representative.

3.2 Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoter are ineligible.

3.3 One (1) entry per unit/household. Duplicate entries will be void.

4. How to Enter

4.1 To enter, eligible participants must:

a. scratch their card to reveal their code;

b. visit moveupinternet.com/scratch-and-win;

c. enter the unique scratch card code; and

d. complete the online claim form with their name, contact details, building/address, and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

4.2 Entry is free. No purchase is necessary to receive a scratch card.
4.3 A code is considered redeemed when the claim form has been successfully submitted.

5. Rewards (Instant Prizes)

5.1 Every valid redeemed scratch card entitles the entrant to one (1) month of free internet service on an eligible Move Up Internet plan (“Reward”).

5.2 Rewards:

• apply only to new activations or transfers to Move Up Internet;
• are applied once the customer’s service is successfully activated;
• cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash;
• cannot be combined with other Move Up offers unless approved by the Promoter.

6. Grand Prize

6.1 There will be one (1) Grand Prize winner.

6.2 The Grand Prize consists of 12 months of free residential internet service, valued at up to $1,068 in total (“Grand Prize”).

6.3 The Grand Prize applies to one Unlimited residential plan.

7. Grand Prize Draw

7.1 The draw will take place in Queensland on 31 March 2026 at 11:00am AEST, using a random selection generator.

7.2 The draw will be conducted by a Move Up Internet representative and witnessed by an independent person.

7.3 The winner will be the first valid entry randomly drawn from all redeemed codes.

8. Winner Notification & Claiming the Grand Prize

8.1 The winner will be notified by phone and email within 7 days of the draw.

8.2 The winner must respond within 14 days to claim the Grand Prize.

8.3 The Promoter may require proof of identity, age, and residence.

8.4 If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, or is deemed ineligible, the prize will be deemed unclaimed and the Promoter may conduct a redraw after 14 days.

9. Unclaimed Prize Policy

If the Grand Prize is unclaimed, a redraw will occur at 11:00am AEST, 21 April 2026 at the same location. The redraw winner will be notified within 7 days.

10. Verification & Invalid Entries

10.1 The Promoter may verify the validity of entries and entrants. 10.2 The Promoter may disqualify entries that:

• contain false information;
• use duplicate or fraudulent codes;
• are incomplete or illegible; or
• otherwise breach these Terms & Conditions.

10.3 The Promoter may request reasonable identification documents for verification.

11. Privacy

11.1 By entering, participants consent to the Promoter collecting, storing, and using their personal information for:

• administering the promotion;
• contacting entrants about their activation/installation;
• contacting the winner; and
• sending service-related communications.

11.2 Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy,

11.3 Entrants may opt in to receive marketing communications, and may unsubscribe at any time.

12. Liability & Consumer Rights

12.1 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

12.2 Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter is not responsible for:

• lost, late, misdirected, or corrupted entries;
• technical issues with the website, QR code, or internet connectivity;
• any loss suffered due to incorrect or incomplete information provided; or
• any inability of the winner to claim or use a prize.

12.3 The Promoter’s liability for any claim is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13. General Conditions

13.1 The Promoter may modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if it becomes necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

13.2 If part of these Terms & Conditions is deemed invalid, the remainder continues to operate.

13.3 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
