  New Move Up Internet customers are eligible to receive an account credit of up to $300 as reimbursement for any early cancellation fees you may incur with your previous internet service provider. Just send us your final bill from your previous internet service provider to our email address info@moveupinternet.com.
 
“Contract Buyout” terms and conditions. Eligibility:
  1. This promotion is open to new customers of Move Up Internet who are currently under contract with another internet service provider.
  2. Proof of existing contract, such as a copy of the current bill or contract termination fee, must be provided to qualify for the contract buyout.
Reimbursement:
  1. Move Up Internet will reimburse the customer for the costs associated with terminating their previous contract by discounting the reimbursement amount from their monthly plan payment.
  2. The reimbursement amount will be applied as a credit towards the customer’s monthly invoices until the total reimbursement amount is fully offset.
  3. If the customer cancels their contract with Move Up Internet before the full reimbursement amount has been offset, Move Up Internet will not provide the remaining reimbursement amount in the form of cash or any other compensation.
Minimum Contract Length:
  1. There is no minimum contract length required to be eligible for the contract buyout promotion.
  2. Customers who choose to cancel their contract with Move Up Internet are still subject to any early termination fees or penalties outlined in Move Up Internet’s standard terms and conditions.
Maximum Reimbursement Amounts:
  1. There is a $300 maximum reimbursement amount set for this promotion.
  2. Move Up Internet will reimburse the customer for the actual documented costs incurred in terminating their previous contract, subject to the total reimbursement amount not exceeding the total costs incurred by the customer.
Limitations on Contract Types:
  1. Move Up Internet does not impose limitations on the types of contracts they will buy out.
  2. Customers are eligible for the contract buyout promotion regardless of the type of contract they have with their previous internet service provider.
Validity:
  1. This promotion is valid for a limited time as specified by Move Up Internet.
  2. Move Up Internet reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
